University of Texas at Austin junior, Joel Weber, built a tiny house for $20,000 and now he's going to live his post-grad life debt free, thanks to the small mortgage and low utility costs. Even better, he gets to live his life in what looks like the ultimate tree house that you dreamed about when you were growing up.

As a design student, Joel used the skills he learned in school to create the floor plan for his extremely humble abode. Accordingto Today, the house has a main bed loft, a reading area, desk, and mini pantry. There's also a kitchen that has a mini fridge, stainless steel workstation, water heater, and propane-powered stove and oven.

Joel's next project is to install a toilet because for now he's using a guesthouse on his property. In the future he also hopes to install solar panels and a rainwater collector.

See how incredible Joel's tiny house is here, and start dreaming up your own.
