We know Trisha Yearwood to be sweet and stylish — and so is her Nashville home, which we spotted on real estate site Zillow. Trisha and husband Garth Brooks have lived in Oklahoma since they married in 2005, but Trisha kept her place in Nashville (she even films her Food Network show there!). In a difficult decision, she's decided to put it up for sale, but we're glad that means we get the public tour.

From the front porch rocking chairs to the cushy sofas and rooms filled with crisp neutrals and tons of light, the home truly has a welcoming vibe. Touches of modern and rustic style offer a comfortable, balanced look. It's a house many would love (though, at a price tag of $2.2 million we'll file under this one under "we wish").

You can remake Trisha's look in your own space by playing with gray and white stripes (they bring a subtle joyfulness to her kitchen), displaying your china in the dining room, and not adding a pop of color.
